Technical Support Engineer (m/w) based in Munich
Your Tasks::
- provide telephone and/or written support to direct clients and distributors
- manage the customer service relationship
- support customers to specify their Optocore system
- technical after sales support
- trainings for clients and distributors
- on-site visit at clients and distributors loction or for special events (concerts, sport games etc...)
Your Skills:
- fluent english written and spoken
- strong verbal and written communication skills
- strong knowledge of computer/storage/network products/protocols in LAN/WAN environments
- ability to be able to develop and document technical and operational notes
- effective communication with customers and internally with engineering and other functional areas
- ability to work with customers under variety of circumstances and meet their expectations
- passionate about customer service

Sales assistant (Vertriebsinnendienst) (m/w) based in Munich for 6-12 months Starting from October 2010
Your tasks:
Undertake a wide range of administrative duties within the Sales Office like
- dealing with customers over the telephone and by email advising on products and availability
- checking deliveries with customers
- order processing
- arranging international and domestic shipping of goods
- recording and filing all associated paperwork in line with internal processes
Your Skills:
- fluent english written and spoken
- strong verbal and written communication skills
- providing a superior level of service to our customers by ensuring their needs are met promptly and efficiently
